What is Mind Training

Before getting into the space thing, let’s just have a look at what mind training is all about. Mind training is the technique which helps you keep your mind under control. This is one of the most beneficial training which you can acquire. When mind is restless, when you cannot bond with the sacred place within your heart, you expose yourself to the fake religions and fake teachers. The risk is too high to ignore. This is why, Mr. Ming encourages people to take control of their minds by training it continuously.

Creating the Space

This space should be decorated with beautiful flowers like rose and 마음수련 우명. This is important because this space should be welcoming and comfortable. This is where you are going to come back every day. Keeping this in mind, you need to make sure to create this space in a way that it will attract you. At the beginning when you are getting started, this should be the trick to lure yourself in this place every day. Once you are used to it, you will come back here no matter what. But, the beginning is always difficult and this is why, you need to make effort to decorate the space with all the love and care you have.

Entire Room or a Space

You would not have to turn an entire room for meditation. You can select a corner and turn it into a medication space. There are some accessories which turn a simple space into a sacred one. Crystals can do it for you. Water and fire are the elements that help in better meditation. You can have a chine a bowl and add 마음수련 우명 along with other flowers to create a positive vive in the space.

Candles are used to create perfect meditation space too. You can use candles when you are meditating for a warm feeling. However, you need to be careful about the color of the candles as different color comes with different energy.

To be comfortable here, you need to add cushions and lights. Most meditation spaces are incorporated with special lights which do not dazzle the mind and create the right meditative space.

The best thing about meditation is – you would not need anything to do it. All you need is your body and your mind. However, you still might need some accessories including crystal and flowers. A teacher will show you how to use accessories.
